The bank that stays
Every exchange and every protocol has a bad day. USC is the help that is already there when it comes.
USC runs on test networks only, and its contracts have not been audited. Membership is not open yet.
Three ways it goes wrong
It is not a question of if. It is a question of when.
A hack
Something breaks, and money that was there this morning is gone.
A crash
Prices fall fast, and everything you counted on is worth less.
A rush for the exit
Everyone wants their money back at the same moment.
Without USC. With USC.
The same crisis, two very different mornings after.
Without USC
With USC
Before
Millions sit idle in a rainy-day fund, just in case.
Before
Your help is agreed in advance, so your cash stays at work.
On the day
You call other exchanges and wait for someone to say yes.
On the day
Your own contract draws the money in seconds. No calls, no vote.
Collateral
Lenders want collateral just as yours is falling.
Collateral
None. Your line follows what you earn.
Who is still there
Lenders pull back when their own depositors do.
Who is still there
Our savers lock in for months, so the money is still here.
Paying it back
A loan due in full, or a bounty paid to the hacker.
Paying it back
A share of your revenue, only while you owe. Earn less, pay less.
On good days
Thin markets, where your token jumps on every trade.
On good days
Deeper liquidity paired with your token.
Nothing to scramble for. The help is already there.
It has already happened
The two largest thefts on record.
$1.46B
Bybit, February 2025
Stolen from one of the largest exchanges. It covered the gap with emergency loans from other exchanges, arranged on the day.
$6.36B
Binance, October 2026
Taken from the largest exchange's hot wallets, most of it in about 20 minutes. Withdrawals stopped on several networks, and stablecoin issuers froze about $2.7B of it.
Both times, the exchange had to find help after the money was gone. A membership means the help is agreed before.
How membership works
Four steps. You only do the first one once.
1
Join
Show us steady revenue and have your contracts checked. You keep a reserve with us, sized to your line, and it earns the saver rate like any deposit.
2
Agree your line
Every line is customizable. Its size follows what you earn, its price follows how risky you are, and together we set the event that lets you draw it and how you pay it back.
3
Draw it
When that event comes, your own contract draws the money. Seconds, not days.
4
Pay it back over time
A share of your revenue comes to us while you owe. If stolen money is returned, it repays us first, so you never pay twice.
Who it is for
Anyone whose users trust them with money, and who earns steadily from it.
Exchanges
For the day a hot wallet is drained and your own fund is not enough.
Lending markets
For bad debt after a hack, and for the day everyone wants to withdraw.
Staking and restaking
For withdrawal waves while the exit queue is long.
Trading venues
For the day the insurance vault is drained in a crash.
Token swaps and pools
For the gap between a hack and the day funds are recovered.
New blockchains
For launch, when your network needs deep liquidity to get going. We place USC in your markets, and you pay for the placement.
Built to stay when others leave
Months
Savers commit their USC for fixed terms. The money we lend from is locked, so it cannot run on the worst day.
28
Real hacks and crashes from 2023 to 2026 that we ran USC through.
Seconds
When your agreed event happens, your own contract draws the line in one transaction. Nobody has to wake up, vote or sign.
A central bank on chain
For centuries, central banks have done two things: issued money people trust, and lent when nobody else would. Most days you never notice them. On the worst day, they are the ones still there.
USC wants to be that on chain: one membership, and a bank that stands behind its members when it counts.
Let's talk about membership
