Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies
No page on usc.money sets a cookie, and no third-party script, font, video or analytics tool is loaded. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Browser storage the app uses
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| usc-ack-v1 | Session storage | Remembers that you accepted the notice at the top of the app, so it is not shown again in the same tab. Strictly necessary. | Until you close the tab |
| usc-wallet-setup-v1 | Local storage | Remembers which wallet addresses have already added the USC network and tokens, so the setup is not offered again. Holds public addresses only and never leaves your device. | Until you clear site data |
| usc-history-v1 | Local storage | A copy of the activity the app has already read from chain 9000 for each wallet you connected, so the next visit reads only new blocks. Holds public chain data only and never leaves your device. Clearing it loses nothing: the history is read from the chain again. | Until you clear site data |
Nothing else is written to your browser by this site. These values help the app behave sensibly and are never sent anywhere. Your wallet extension keeps its own data, including which sites you have connected; manage that in the wallet.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare, the host, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated attack. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
If this changes
If the site ever adds a non-essential cookie or tracker, it will ask for your consent before setting it, and this page will list it first.
